Almost there…

As of this moment, we are around $4,000NZD away from being able to say we have the means to shoot the film and are “greenlit” for production 14-17 April 2012.

We have so far raised approximately 60% of what we need to cover the essential costs for shooting the film and as of this time in December we had only raised around 20%. That means in the last month we have raised another 40% and we hope this number will now gain momentum to push us over our funding goal by mid-March when we have to make our final call on whether we can shoot as intended or not.

If you or anyone you know may be willing to contribute, we have already sold several VIP set passes for people who are interested in coming down and spending a few hours on a film set when we are shooting and these went for over $250 each.

We have just launched a page on crowd funding website RocketHub and will be fundraising through their website until mid-December. We have also penciled in our target shooting dates for 2-5 February 2012 so it is all systems go!
